BAKING TIMES FOR PRODUCTS
Stuffed Turkey The following are approximate roasting times for a whole, stuffed turkey at 350 degrees in a covered pan. Remove cover, baste turkey and brown if necessary for approximately 30 minutes, (if using a tin foil cover, please allow extra time). A meat thermometer is recommended with a temp of 175-185 degrees, inserted in the joint between the leg and breast!
12 - 16 pound birds.....3 to 3.5 hours
16 - 20 pound birds.....3.5 to 4 hours
20 - 25 pound birds.....4 to 4.5 hours
25 - 30 pound birds.....5 to 5.5 hours
*Please note, these items are based on gas ovens, electric ovens require longer cooking times.
Frozen Turkey Pies Bake all pies on a cookie sheet
12 oz. Pie
bake for 1 hour @ 425 degrees
32 oz. Pie
bake for 75 minutes @ 425 degrees
4 pound Pie
bake for 90 minutes @ 425 degrees
Apple Pie bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees
Pumpkin Pie bake for 90 minutes @ 350 - Until middle is set
Apple Crisp bake for 75-90 minutes @ 350 degrees
Turkey Sausage Quiche bake for 1 hour @ 350 - Until middle is set
BBQ Turkey Meatloaf bake for 75 minutes @ 375
Lasagna defrost and bake as directed on label
Shepherds Pie defrost and bake as directed on label
Turkey Patties defrost then grill, fry or bake
Ground Turkey defrost then prepare as you would with hamburg
Turkey Cutlets defrost then prepare as you would with boneless chicken breast
Turkey Breasts bake @ 350 in covered pan - Use a meat thermometer to 170-175 degrees baste as you would a turkey

bake @350 in a covered pan - use a meat thermometer to approximately 170 degrees baste as you would a turkey
